Production & Lead Times

All lead times begin from the date your 50% deposit is received and your order is confirmed.

• Ready pieces: dispatched within 7 business days.
• Customised orders — including made-to-order dimensions, materials, or finishes: 10 to 14 business days.

These are estimates for production and dispatch, not delivery. Delivery time is in addition to the above, depending on your location (see below). We'll keep you updated by email or Instagram if your piece is running ahead of or behind this window — natural materials and handcraft work can occasionally shift a timeline.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver within Cairo and Giza. For other governorates, contact us at info.neferstudio@gmail.com to confirm availability and delivery cost for your area before placing your order.

Handling & Care in Transit

We work with couriers experienced in handling fragile, hand-finished wood and marble pieces, and every item is thoroughly inspected before it leaves our studio. Please inspect your piece while the courier is still present, and refer to our Return & Refund Policy for what to do if an item arrives damaged.

Once delivery is confirmed, risk of loss or damage passes to you.

Delivery Charges & Balance Payment

Delivery cost is confirmed with you directly based on your location and the size of your piece, and is separate from the item price.

The remaining 50% balance is due upon delivery, payable in cash or via InstaPay where cash on delivery isn't supported by our courier for a given item — see our Return & Refund Policy for details.
